Dear Amiya,

Your letter of 1^st September was received here and was read out to Baba and He was immensely pleased. Baba wants that you should go for Gauri's treatment by some good doctor and not worry about anything. Baba's nazar is on Gauri¹. Though you all may not be allowed to come to the well of water, now the well of water is itself reaching you, and it is going to satisfy the thirst of all concerned, but before that it is making you all more thirsty, only so you will be able to enjoy water more when you are more thirsty.

How high is your good luck that the well of water itself is going to you, and also is moving along with you. We all felt so happy that you have already made up a team of very inspired bhajan singers. Please perform this task, and tune up all the good songs so that the atmosphere is filled with the rays of clouds of love. Professor Arya should be kept in contact, and please inspire him to join you all in Baba work ².

Baba is pleased with you, and sends His love to you, to Matajee, to Kharate, to Gauri, and to Mehernandini and Meher Kumar His love-filled kiss.

1. Amiya: "We all felt very much relieved when we would receive a letter that said, "Baba's nazar is on you, because it guaranteed that we would be safe. We really did stop worrying."

2. Amiya, "This was one great omission on our part. We really never did it, till such time as Baba dropped the body, and then we thought of him. So he has not forgiven us till this day, and we have also not forgiven ourselves for this sin of omission. I don't know how it all happened."
