Dear Amiya,
Your letter of 21st August was received here and was read out to Baba and Baba was very pleased to listen to the contents. Baba wants you and Gauri to try to see that Gauri and Pratima should sort out all the confusing things between them and a friendly atmosphere should be created between them. If you and Gauri try this on your own, and if you succeed in it, then Baba will send His love-filled kiss to you both. Pratima is in Baba's contact, but Gauri 1 isn't. Therefore, it will certainly be a little bit difficult to make them friends, but do try. Baba will give His internal help to this work. Baba wants that His daughter Pratima should try to bend her neck a bit 2. This will help her to get an inner unfoldment and progress, and there will also be friendship as a result of it. We had already sent a letter to Rabindra. Even then, we are again writing a letter to him, as you have suggested.
Please write to Ramanujji Varma again that he should go on keeping Baba in his remembrance, and also inform him that Baba's ways are infinite in number, and they could never be totally understood.
Seth Govindas should be approached, and told to read God Speaks and Everything and Nothing and he should also keep remembering Baba. It would be nice on his part to buy Baba's literature himself.
Baba's nazar is on Mehernandini, and you do not have to worry about her. But, you do go for her treatment.
Baba sends His love to you, to Matajee, and to Gauri and He sends His love-filled kiss to Mehernandini.

1. Gauri, the sister of RNB, coincidentally of the same name as the wife of AKH.
