My Dear Amiya,

Your letter of 29th July was read to Beloved Baba and He wants you NOT to worry if you can not procure cabbages out of season. Whenever you can get cabbages do drink a very little quantity of fresh juice.

As for taking solid diet you should not over-rule doctors' advice. It all depends on how you feel and how much solid diet you can easily digest.

Now you should not write here very frequently for Baba has given me instruction that from today He should not be asked to hear any letter which is not absolutely important. Moreover, we are now in the midst of packing for we leave Poona on the 7th for Meherazad.

Beloved Baba sends His love to you and your dear Mum.
