Modi Dramatic Club

Hazra: "There used to be a well-known dramatic club in Jabalpur in the cantonment area of the city, called Modi Amateur Dramatic Club. Some of the fellows in the club were interested in Baba, and they wanted Baba to send them a message, during one of their celebrations. As I was in their contact, I undertook the job of informing Baba, requesting Him to send a message to them. They also agreed to hold a Baba programme during their celebration in which they agreed to include an address by the eminent Baba lover and parliamentarian Sardar Amarsinghjee Saigal."

The secretary (point of written contact) of the dramatic club was named Sri P. Rammoorthy.
