Dear Amiya,

Your letter of 9^th December was received here¹ and it was read out to Meher Baba. We have already intimated to Seth Govindas to come here for Baba's darshan at 2 PM on 30^th December. After that, you and Seth Govindas both sent us telegrams. We have also replied to the telegrams, and I hope that Sethjee must have received his telegraphic reply. Now it is definite that you should meet Baba on 30^th December and Seth Govindas should not feel disappointed any longer. I also intimated about this to Amarsinghji Saigal.

Baba is happy with you and Sethjee, and wants me to convey His love to you, to Sethjee, to Gauri and also his love-filled kiss to Mehernandini.

1. Note the almost impossible turnaround time: the letter is written on 9^th, travels from Jabalpur to Meherazad, is received perhaps on the 11^th (itself faster than usual), and is replied to on the day on which it is read out to Baba. Ordinarily it takes 3 to 4 days for a letter in transiting between the two places.
