Dear Amiya,

Your letter of 17^th November was received, but since correspondence was banned we could not read it out to Baba. Baba had told you to get the polyp in your nose cauterized¹ and you should have gotten it done in Jabalpur. You should not have thought it necessary to ask again. For such small things, you should yourself solve the problems.

Do according to the instructions and advice of the doctors about the polyp and the nasal bone, and get it done in Jabalpur itself.
